Buying or selling a home is one of the most important and complex financial transactions of a person's life and yet many law firms put real estate transactions on the back burner, dedicating their time to a real estate deal only after other higher paying matters are taken care of first. Since realizing how important a responsive and proficient attorney is to the success of a real estate transaction, I have dedicated my practice solely to real estate so I can give my clients the attention they need and deserve. Smooth closing
David is the best. We had some issues with our sellers but David handled all of it. We would not have closed on time if it wasn't for him. He returns emails and phone calls right away. I highly recommend David.
