We just closed on our first home 10/28. I would highly recommend David. So often you have to wait around for replies, but not with him. The guy emails, texts, calls back instantly. Needed to get a copy of property survey over to lender day before closing , as I'm calling David , lender already h...as it in their email . With so much to worry about during the loan process why worry about your attorney ? Good rates , ready available, hire him!!!

David did a good job for closing my house. I am a first time home buyer and did not know much about what all the details that are involed in buying a home. He gave me some helpful handout and tips to make the process smoother. Only negative comment I could say is that if there are any issues that com...e along in the homes purchase process communication between him and other parties was not the greatest. I always had to be involed to ask him to talk to people or to follow up with others.

We had a terrible experience with David Francis who was the buyer's attorney during our recent house sale. We went 3 1/2 weeks past the contract deadline, and he showed no urgency throughout the entire process. He consistently took 5+ business days to respond to each email despite MULTIPLE EMAILS day...-after-day from our side, and when responses were finally sent, they were very non-informative and lacked any actionable replies to our requests or questions.
