While many people tell you 'never pick the guy your realtor recommends', I found that nothing could be further from the truth for me. David is quick to respond 24-7, above and beyond... the call of duty. His answers are brief but to the point, telling you exactly what you need to know and what your options and next steps should be. He never made fun of me for asking stupid questions too, so that's a plus, lol. I would absolutely recommend David to anyone looking to purchase a home in New Jersey. He stuck with us through 6 offers and 2 contracts falling through due to an underappraisal and then a bad inspection, and both bad contracts he worked us out from without loss of escrow. I'm now sitting in the living room of my beautiful new home writing this review and couldn't be happier.

I cannot put it in simple terms the way Mr. Francis effortlessly helped me through the process of buying a home. He is super superrrrr quick to respond.
