As between you and the creditor, no, but the court can require you to contribute to "marital" debt.

Divorce decree was finalized then we reconciled shortly after. Have been living as husband & wife since. Can divorce be voided?

You would have to file a motion to vacate the judgment, but another option is to get remarried if the court does not vacate the judgment.

Unless he is ordered to, he doesn't have to sign home over to you. You should speak with your attorney about your options.
