If her prior marriage was not terminated by divorce prior to your marriage, you've got a problem. Talk to a local divorce attorney who can help you.

It is not going to be easy. If your ex- followed correct procedures, and obtained a Divorce, I would think it unlikely that a 4 year-old judgment...
