File an application in Court for custody and parenting time. Child support is nothing to be afraid of.

You cannot represent that someone is the biological father if you know that person isn’t. That is providing false information.

No easy answer. But certainly require payment through probation, even if it isn’t garnished. They provide some collection services.

If spouse has resided in NJ for at least 1 year, you can file here based on her residency. She doesn’t have to agree. NJ is a no-fault divorce...
