Benjamin Penn, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Abdou Law Offices, LLC.

Having both civil litigation and corporate experience, Mr. Penn is able to serve his clients in a wide variety of matters. His areas of practice include personal injury, workers compensation, casualty, negligence, real estate, landlord/tenant, commercial litigation, business formation and dissolution, contract negotiation and litigation, and general civil litigation. Mr. Penn also handles municipal court matters.

Mr. Penn is intricately aware of the legal issues facing residents and business owners of New Jersey and is able to leverage his expansive experience to provide competent and effective legal advice and representation. Mr. Penn received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in legal studies with a minor in philosophy from the University of Miami (FL) in 2011. He received his Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law in 2014.

Mr. Penn has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey since 2014.
