Poor communication. I had no idea what they were doing or if I should be doing anything.
I contacted them upon receiving their letter regarding my auto accident. I provided the details and photos on the phone and heard nothing back as to my next steps. I sent a text message and received a phone call. I reiterated the details and sent photos. I was asked to e-sign a retainer and told...
