Joseph Mark Franck

Joseph M. Franck is an associate with the law firm of Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor.   Mr. Franck’s practice focuses on health care law, employment law, municipal law, and a wide range of litigation matters, including complex business litigation; partnership, shareholder, and contract disputes; insurance litigation; land use litigation; personal injury litigation, including catastrophic loss and products liability cases; and criminal matters.

Prior to joining Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor, Mr. Franck was an associate in a mid-size Essex County law firm where he represented private individuals, large and small companies, financial institutions, insurance providers, and municipalities in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, products liability, and real estate litigation matters that routinely involved disputes with significant claims, value, and exposure.  Mr. Franck also previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Maryann L. Nergaard, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County.  In that capacity, Mr. Franck reviewed and analyzed motions, pleadings, case law, and statutory provision to aid the Court in rendering its decisions.  During his Clerkship, Mr. Franck was also certified as a Special Civil Part Mediator and has mediated over numerous small claims and landlord-tenant cases.

While attending law school at Hofstra University, Mr. Franck served as the Articles Editor for the Journal of International Business & Law and worked with several prominent law firms throughout the state of New Jersey.  Mr. Franck has also interned with the Honorable Vito L. Bianco in the New Jersey Tax Court, located in Morristown, New Jersey, and with the Honorable Charles Apotheker in the Rockland County Supreme Court, located in New City, New York.
