Anna Maria Petracca

Anna Maria Petracca, Esq. is a family law attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, LLC., where she provides her clients with skilled legal guidance and advocacy in all areas of family and matrimonial law, including divorce, child custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, divorce appeals, and post-judgment matters.

With nearly two decades of legal experience, Anna understands that every case is deeply personal. She takes the time to listen, explain options clearly, and design strategies tailored to her clients’ goals. Known for her approachable style and steadfast commitment, she balances compassionate support with strong advocacy – seeking out-of-court resolutions when possible and litigating vigorously when necessary. Anna is especially attuned to protecting children’s well-being and fostering stability during times of family change.

In addition to her practice in New Jersey, Anna practiced law in Italy for seven years, where she honed her ability to navigate complex legal systems as she guided clients through life’s most challenging transitions. This international background provides a distinct advantage in matters involving cross-border custody disputes or business assets with international components.

Anna earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. While in law school, she pursued every opportunity to expand her litigation and courtroom experience, serving as a legal intern to the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca in Union County and as a summer law clerk with the firm of Di Francesco, Bateman, Coley, Yospin, Kunzman, Davis, Lehrer & Flaum, P.C.
