Anthony Bianco has taken our company from a start-up with an initial investment of $657 to $2.4M by the end of our second year. As a result of his legal expertise Anthony has been retained as our business legal counsel. Anthony has helped us navigate through numerous obstacles that any small business... start-up encounters in the first 36 months. From lease negotiations to loan contracts he has it all covered. What sets Anthony apart from other attorney’s that I have dealt with in the past is his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that his client arises from any situation in the best possible condition both financially and emotionally. His attention to detail is worth noting. Recently, Anthony represented us in a business litigation case. Of the three partners associated with both of our companies, one was disgruntled. Anthony settled the case within three weeks. The third partner walked away with a very minimal settlement and all shares that were once his were reacquired by both companies. In terms of simple mathematics Anthony saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars of the market value that these shares were worth for just one of the LLC’s. Risk management is vital to the growth of any company. Anthony reviews all loan and business contracts, makes suggestions, and conducts negotiations on our behalf. There have been numerous occasions were Anthony has negotiated smaller payments for balances owed to several different vendors saving us tens of thousands of dollars a month. He tries to avoid litigation as much as possible for the sake of his client in terms of legal fees; however, he is unwilling to make a bad deal for us that could potentially cost us more money in the long term. If a particular case warrants him to take action for our sake, he has no issue taking a stand against a much larger corporation. Anthony’s responsiveness is unsurpassed. If I don’t get in touch with him I receive a return call within the hour. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of financially. He does not nickel and dime me for every single phone call, meeting, or email. His hourly fee is more than reasonable considering he is readily accessible to all of his clients. In regards to general legal knowledge and ability he is top notch. When we met Anthony he was employed by the second largest law firm in the state of New Jersey. With the blessing of the firm’s partners Anthony left and began his own practice and we decided to take our business with him. This speaks volumes to what we think of Anthony as our legal counsel. Aside from everything that I mentioned, Anthony has established an extensive network of accountants, banks, and vendors.
