Konny is a seasoned attorney with over 15 years of outside and in-house experience, as well as 3 years of prior engineering experience. In-house roles have included being general counsel for Biomet Bone Healing, a division of Biomet, as well as head intellectual property counsel responsible for managing the IP of three divisions of Biomet, namely Biomet Spine, Biomet Microfixation and Biomet Bone Healing. Outside roles have included providing guidance to various sized companies as well as individuals.
