Since 2009, my practice is solely dedicated to Divorce Mediation. I offer in person and virtual sessions to New Jersey spouses throughout the state. I help couples during the difficult time of divorce by assisting them in identifying and reaching agreements in the important issues in their lives such as, asset handling; debt liability distribution; co-parenting (short and long term); child support; and alimony. I explain the law to my clients, and I draw upon my many years (since 1991) of legal experience in negotiations, my divorce mediation experience and advanced mediation training, as well as, my previous handling of divorce litigated cases; real estate cases, business law; bankruptcy, small business transfers, and debtor-creditor cases.  

As an Accredited Divorce & Family Mediator as recognized by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, my priority is to protect the children and help couples reach a fair and reasonable settlement of their divorce issues so they don't have to litigate and fight an emotionally draining long costly court battle. I was awarded in New Jersey Family Magazine, New Jersey's Best Lawyers For Families, nominated by parents for providing exceptional counsel (Divorce Mediation) for New Jersey Families from 2017 through 2024.

I believe couples should have options for their divorce. With this in mind, I offer clients different choices to resolve the issues in a divorce. I also provide the option of receiving from me either a Memorandum of Understanding document or a Matrimonial Settlement Agreement, which is the legal document that's presented to the judge and made part of your divorce papers. I also offer clients the options of a hourly, flat rate, and a hybrid model for the paying of mediation services. I can also prepare all legal documents to file with the court to finalize your divorce. Lawyers are not required.
