Celeste Fiore

Celeste Fiore (they/them/theirs) is a Partner at Argentino Fiore Law & Advocacy LLC, and Founder and Chair of the TRANS AFFIRMNG ALLIANCE. Celeste’s practice includes family law, civil rights litigation, special education and anti-bullying work, as well as providing legal assistance for the transgender and non-binary identified community, all the while, advocating for the advancement of LGBTQ rights in general. Celeste Fiore’s work as an LGBTQ educator, activist, and advocate began when they were an undergraduate. Celeste led American University’s LGBTQ undergraduate organization and was president of Outlaws, the LGBTQ law student group at Rutgers University School of Law in Camden. This advocacy background has continued and most recently, they founded the TRANS AFFIRMING ALLIANCE. Celeste regularly presents and writes on LGBTQ issues for local and national organizations. Celeste serves as a Trustee of the NJSBA, is a past Chair of the LGBT Rights Section of NJSBA, and is appointed to the Essex Vicinage’s Advisory Committee on Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement, and the NJ Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Public Access to Court Records. Celeste was named a NJ Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 and as one of the National LGBT Bar Association’s Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40.
