Biography
James Patton started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in the City of New York where he tried a wide variety of criminal cases including murder, robbery, burglary and other violent crimes.
Later, Mr. Patton became an Assistant United States Attorney in the Office of the United States Attorney in the District of New Jersey where he investigated and tried cases against criminal organizations.
In 1991, Mr. Patton opened his own practice specializing in criminal defense, divorce and matrimonial law.
He is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Warren County Bar Association and the Business Exchange Chapter of BNI, New Jersey.
