Brian Michael Dratch

This is a firm that continues to lie‼️ This firm has displayed a troubling lack of professionalism. On multiple occasions, I was rudely dismissed by Brian Dratch, who hung up on me twice without resolution. I was initially assured by Tania that the issue I raised would be thoroughly investigated and... addressed when it was first brought to their attention. Additionally, I was promised that the firm would review my case with the goal of pursuing a remedy and having my record expunged. However, due to Brian Dratch’s handling of my case, my legal matter was dismissed over ten years ago, and it appears that he has shown no concern for the mishandling of my paperwork at that time. I feel misled by the firm and believe that their lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am committed to sharing my experience publicly to inform others about the service, or lack thereof, provided by Dratch’s firm and the professionals within it in New Jersey.

This attorney does not communicate at all! He failed to act on my behalf and I was kept out of all crucial decisions. He motioned to dismiss the case while I was sitting there in court awaiting being called to the witness stand, as per his instructions. Although, he dismissed my case, he refuses to ...send my files or answer my calls. I am a senior citizen and have no idea what recourse I have? Potential clients should be warned about him.
