Divorce Mediation: Mediation is right for those people who don't need to litigate and fight it out in court but already discussed their parameters and wish to settle amicably and quickly. Most cases can be settled within 3-5 sessions.

A prenuptial agreement is a contract entered into prior to marriage, civil union or any other agreement by the people intending to marry or contract with each other. The intent of a prenuptial agreement includes provisions for division of property and spousal support in the event of divorce or breakup of marriage. Postnuptial agreements are similar, except that they are signed after the couple has already married and may be used to determine division of assets after death or divorce.
