Matthew Curro

Matt began his career in the Business Finance and Restructuring group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, an international law firm headquartered in New York.  There, Matt was part of Weil’s industry-leading bankruptcy practice and focused on representing debtors, including Washington Mutual, in large and complex debt restructurings.  Immediately prior to forming Curro Law LLC, Matt practiced in the Financial Restructuring group of Goodwin Procter LLP, another preeminent international law firm.  At Goodwin, Matt’s practice was broad-based, and included representing creditors and debtors in complex restructuring situations, as well as a number of clients in various corporate and debt transactions.

Now, at Curro Law LLC, Matt is committed to upholding the same level of client service that was a hallmark of his BigLaw career, and to delivering sophisticated, yet practical, legal advice to clients of all sizes.
