John has closed two homes for my family in Hoboken (2012) and Jersey City (2021). Both experiences exceeded my expectations, as we've heard closings can have all sorts of things pop up at the last second. This wasn't the case with John - he had us gather all paperwork, statements, etc... in a timely,... organized matter so there was no last minute scrambling for anything. Our Jersey City home close was were John really showed his talents, as the seller was incredibly difficult to deal with and was refusing to budge on several issues. Fortunately John was able to negotiate several items that popped up during the inspection. If we were ever to buy another home, John would be the only attorney I would call.

He helped me close on a very, very long (8 months), complicated foreclosure house with an oil tank and he was there, every step of the way to make sure things didn't fall through and that I wouldn't get put in a bad situation. He also did not charge me as much as I'm sure he could have, being as long... as the process was. I highly recommend him for any house closing situations!
