Do you mean LCA for H1B or Permanent Labor Certification (PERM) for green card? If you meant LCA, you can't find out if they actually filed LCA....

You can apply for a concurrent H1B if you want to work at two different employers. Once the first H1B is approved then you can work for that...

I agree with Mr. Carlin. There is a possibility a plane can land on non-US territory due to severe weather, other unforeseeable reasons.

Once it is sent back to USCIS for revocation, it may take a long time as USCIS does not set a specific time frame to adjudicate or review this type...

I agree with Mr. Behar. Unless you can overcome the reason of the visa denial, your application will be denied again.
