Nice Job
I hired Mr. Martone to negotiate a short sale with my mortage company Bank of America. Within 4 months he was able to get the bank to release the mortgage against my home and also to waive the $75,000.00 difference between the amount they were owed and the amount they received at the closing.

I was recommended to Christopher through a friend for a real estate transaction. The whole process was smooth. His legal fee was very reasonable and he was always available, especially after hours i would always be able to reach him on his cell phone.
