Franklin Santiago Montero

Franklin Montero now specializes in real estate and bankruptcy cases, but began his career as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey. As a clerk, Mr. Montero became a certified mediator and gained extensive experience mediating and settling varied cases. He mediated and successfully settled approximately 180 matters during this clerkship.

Franklin is a graduate of New York University and Rutgers School of Law, Newark. In addition to his law practice, he also lectures at Fairleigh Dickinson University on economics, business law, and employment law. He also has a Master’s Degree from Fordham University.

Mr. Montero is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars and is admitted to federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to the District Court of New Jersey.
