Jim was always careful to explain everything, relating to my case, in detail to me. He listened to me. I felt comfortable with him. He was very thorough reviewing documents pertaining to my case, and then would call me, to discuss in detail, what my options were. I never felt pressured at anytime... to make a quick decision about anything, especially surgery. The office staff was very professional, patient and informative as well. During deposition meeting, Jim was extremely patient in explaining everything to me and I understood what the the other attorney would be doing, with respect to questioning me. Again, I felt comfortable, was able to relax and speak freely. In the end, Jim and I were able to discuss my case, he offered me some suggestions and professional advice, and gave me ample time to think about my case and the settlement being offered.
