I truly wish I had a better experience working with Roman Akopian, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Buying a home is one of the most important and stressful decisions a person can make, and having the right attorney is critical. Throughout the process, I found Roman to be largely nonchalan...t and unresponsive at times when guidance and urgency were needed most. Communication often felt like an afterthought rather than a priority, which created unnecessary anxiety during an already high-stakes transaction. What was most disappointing was the consistent sense that only the bare minimum was being done. There was little proactivity, limited attention to detail, and a lack of the diligence you would expect from someone representing your best interests in such a significant purchase. I don’t take writing reviews like this lightly, but I believe others should be aware so they can make an informed decision. If you’re looking for an attorney who is highly engaged, communicative, and fully invested in protecting you throughout the home-buying process, you may want to carefully consider your options.
