Talks a good game but when the chips are down it’s all about money for him. In effective counsel, does not explain or share with client. Ignore clients and insults them. Sounds polished but he has no patience or regard for his own reputation. Kevin ignored texts, emails and phone calls for 5 full bus...iness days plus the weekend after sending an email with a trial date for next September. Also told son to call if he had questions. He is homeless and paying mtg on house for wife and kids. We were devastated and wanted to settle. How is my son suppose to live off fiend for near a year. Further internet research would have told us never to hire him. His associate sounds sweet but is I’ll equipped to deal with emotions involved in a nasty divorce. At least twice she told our son “ I can’t handle this”. She also told ou son that prosecutors love when their clients get to point of thinking about suicide. That statement put me in hospital for two days with severe panic attack. Do NOT hire this firm. We got another lawyer. BTW the woman who answered our desperate calls left that firm!
