Attorney Colarusso made the biggest impact in my family's life

I hired Attorney Colarusso for my son's defense. No one in my family was familiar with criminal courts - we were stunned and perhaps in denial that our criminal system could fail to see my son for who he was. Luckily, I was referred to Joe and he assumed his role of defense and educating us and pre...paring us for the worst episode of our collective lives. Attorney Colarusso is a caring and dear person, extremely successful in his field, and a bulldog. He would probably describe himself in reverse order, but I clung to his help and guidance and we made it through. If you are a strong person, then by all means do not mistake this for calling him soft - his experience in he courtroom is essential to a successful defense. But I needed much more - and he delivered.

Multiple drug charges

Joe did an excellent job at positioning my son for the best possible outcome. He cooperated in developing a long range plan to not only obviate the legal issues but to address the underlying addiction problem. He was compassionate and understanding many times taking a paternal approach.

Great lawyer and Representation

Mr. Colarusso was able to competently defend me in a case where I was accused of possessing a narcotic, cocaine. I was stopped on a traffic stop, ask to get out of my vehicle, which was then searched and ramsacked. Officers found a pill, asking me what it was, i said it was my Yohimbine diet supplem...ent from Vitamin Shoppe. They ran a field test and said it was positive for cocaine. I was floored. Mr. Colarusso was able to handle my defense, requested an outside lab test the pill, got the state lab to also test the pill. Long story short, after months of delays, the pill was confirmed to be what I originally said it was by the state labs and by our own tests. During this time Mr.Colarusso believed me the whole way and went to bat for me with the prosecutor. The whole thing was a nightmare but Mr. Colarusso kept me sane. I would highly recommend him!

Excellent lawyer with TONS OF EXPERIENCE and also cares about his clients very much!! Looks mean but he has a big heart

Beside being an excellent criminal lawyer Mr. Joselph Colarusso is really caring person with a big heart. He's always willing to help you on everything you need. I think this lawyer was born to be a criminal lawyer. He's has tons of experience in the criminal field 20+years. He was always on top of m...y case and all the things. He could be expensive and pricey but its all worth it. He's experience and all the people he might know will put anyone in a more favorable position to get the best outcome possible. Motor vehicle Lapsed Insurance

Attorney Colarusso was excellent in handling my case. I was facing a misdemeanor charge with possible jail time and license suspension. Mr. Colarusso is very experienced, knowlegable, communicates reliably and his expertise and confidence are very comforting. I had never been to court before and I f...elt my case was in good hands.
