Best decision I could have made!

I suddenly found myself in a case that could have lasted over a year if my cards had not been played right. I was terrified when I contacted Mr. Colarusso as it was my first legal run-in in my life. He swiftly put me at ease though was so honest and direct I didn't feel he was just trying to appease... me. Attorney Colarusso made the biggest impact in my family's life

I hired Attorney Colarusso for my son's defense. No one in my family was familiar with criminal courts - we were stunned and perhaps in denial that our criminal system could fail to see my son for who he was. Luckily, I was referred to Joe and he assumed his role of defense and educating us and pre...paring us for the worst episode of our collective lives. Attorney Colarusso is a caring and dear person, extremely successful in his field, and a bulldog. He would probably describe himself in reverse order, but I clung to his help and guidance and we made it through. If you are a strong person, then by all means do not mistake this for calling him soft - his experience in he courtroom is essential to a successful defense. But I needed much more - and he delivered.

Treated me like his own daughter

I went to Joseph for a DUI charge in Connecticut and I could not have been more satisfied by his expertise, professionalism, and dedication to my case. He is an amazing lawyer who has tons of experience and is very familiar with the Stamford courts. He was well informed and did all he could to be pr...oactive and show the court that the education program was the best option for me. I cannot thank him enough for what he did to guide me through the process, which resulted in a favorable outcome. Multiple drug charges

Joe did an excellent job at positioning my son for the best possible outcome. He cooperated in developing a long range plan to not only obviate the legal issues but to address the underlying addiction problem. He was compassionate and understanding many times taking a paternal approach.

Simply put a true advocate possess the ability to collect fact...s, decipher emotions, formulate the right questions, align themselves with the right people, successfully calculate strategy, clearly communicate the correct argument and skillfully expose those who would otherwise manipulate the legal system to further their agenda. In short a true advocate possess the knowledge, wisdom and experience to navigate successfully through legal entanglements on behalf of their Clients. Through his skill and expertise Mr. Colarusso moved our camp from a defensive position to an offensive position where the person pressing charges against me now had to defend themselves against the court, this turn of events was truly an incredible experience.
