I specialize in all aspects of commercial real estate law and represent commercial real estate developers, real estate joint ventures, <st1: w:st="on" tagtype="5">private investors, commercial landlords and public corporations with the acquisition, environmental remediation, rezoning, development, financing, construction, management, leasing and sale of commercial real estate properties (office buildings, hotels, multi-family projects, shopping centers, industrial properties and airport terminals and hangars).  I have extensive experience with remediation of environmentally impacted properties.  My real estate finance experience includes representation of banks and borrowers in construction financing, securitized financing and mezzanine financing.  Extensive experience as landlord and tenant counsel in all categories of leasing transactions (ground leases, “bondable,” net, gross and retail).  Negotiate and draft Operating Agreements, brokerage agreements, construction and architect’s contracts, joint venture agreements, property management agreements, development covenants and easements and antenna license agreements.
