Litigation, complex family law cases

Eric Higgins and his team represented me in my divorce case in 2024. Eric understood the case and what was required to get the best outcome. Having worked with multiple lawyers in this highly contentious case, I can say that Eric’s planning, strategies and implementing those strategies are brilliant.... Early on in the case his proactive approach of filing motions put me in a favourable position. His team is very thorough with all court filings and keeps the client in the loop at all times. Communication is key, Eric and his team respond to emails and situations in a timely manner. He handled deposition very skillfully asking all the relevant questions. On the day of hearing Eric was well organized, prepared and presented the case details with precision. He was very skillful in his cross questioning of the plaintiff which helped highlight core issues in front of the judge. I would recommend Eric Higgins and his team for litigation and complex family law cases.
