Biography
After starting my practice at Cummings & Lockwood as a commercial litigator, I opened my own law firm in 1998. I now have three attorneys who work with me and between us we can assist you with residential real estate closings, foreclosure defense, divorce, family law matters, wills and probate matters. A large part of our practice is helping individuals who are having trouble paying their mortgage, including foreclosure defense, short sales, loan modifications and other foreclosure alternatives. Our goal is to provide the high level of legal services one would expect from a larger law firm while providing the individual attention and competitive legal fees one would expect from a small firm.

A wonderful team, Attorney Seth and staff
