We used him to purchase an apartment in Norwalk. He came across unprofessional and unfriendly. After signing the contract he never provided us a copy of the contract despite many requests. At every question he would yell at you as if we are stupid. When we asked for the title a few days after closing... he yelled as if we don't know we are talking about. We had to call the real estate agent and town hall to find out that title will be recorded and send to the address he provided at the recording. I don't know what address he provided and hate to ask him for the feat of being yelled at.
