William Ralph Donaldson

My experience with Mr. William Donaldson was less than satisfactory. To this day I am still picking up the pieces of the mess that was made with my case. I trusted Mr. Donaldson to look out for my best intrest and do what would be best for me and my children and in the end Mr. Donaldson did nothing... to help. I was forced to move out of my home, went without alimony and had to sit an wait for my exhusband to play the paying game with my childsupport. My credit is now ruined and my exhusband owes so much back childsupport that now it's a matter of waiting on the courts and justice as I represent myself, in light of not trusting any lawyer so that what was wrong can be made somewhat right again and justice can be mended in my case. So in choosing Mr. William Donaldson to represent you I would advice to look over all invoices and get an estimate before hand so that you are not suprised when the invoice you recieve is more than the work that is actually done. Especially when they just help themselves to take your money with results that are less than what is worth.

Bill Donaldson has been my personal and company lawyer for over 10 years, I trust him completely. In one of my company cases he negotiated a tremendous reduction from the amount a workmen's comp insurance carrier said the company owed and got a very relaxed payment schedule for the remainder amount.... In another case he recommended that I cooperate fully with an investigation into one of my employees which resulted in no action being taken against the company. He also prepares my federal and state income tax returns. I trust his judgement and great knowledge of the tax code.

Bill handled the mediation for our divorce. Many times he accomodated our work schedule by adjusting his calendar so he could meet with us after work hours. He was fair and thorough. Bill kept the process moving quickly so we could stay on the deadline to meet our court date without having to file fo...r an extension. We saved money by using Bill as our mediator rather than my ex and I having to retain our own separate attorneys to battle things out. He was fair us both and several times helped to keep with peace between us.
