I have posted an impressive amount of educational material on YouTube to help the public understand estate planning issues. As of April 28, 2018, the videos have been viewed more than 56,000 times for approximately 4,000 hours. That’s quite a bit of accurate, reliable information without charge or sales pressure. The latest additions are plain English explanations of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that likely will affect the most people with particular attention to the 20% pass through income deduction. Other recent posts include updates (November 2017) of my videos on Basic Estate Planning and Long Term Care Issues. I also posted a review of the LegalZoom estate planning service.
