What was supposed to be a simple home purchase ended up last minute scramble with the lender to meet wire deadlines. Liam was great both before and during our closing, taking time to explain each document and calling/emailing responses quickly. When the closing came down to the wire (literally 15 m...inutes until wire closed for the day), Liam hustled down to the bank to make everything clear in time so we could close for the day. Really above and beyond work on his part. Carol was also on top of everything prepping closing. Enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend.

When you're closing on your very first house, you don't know what you're doing (at least I didn't it!) and that's when you most need expert legal advice you can trust.
