Hi can be arested if you take 1 perfume and 1 scarf from macys and they don't call the police and you pay the damage. Thanks

Your friend can still be arrested but if they let her leave the store without calling the police then it is unlikely they will call them now.

They can hold him the remaing portion of sentence but they won't,, Maybe 30-60 days has been my experience if a first violation?

They would only take your plate if the wrong plate was on car. Are you charged with misuse of plates as well as unregistered?
