HILLEL GOLDMAN is a partner in the law firm of Mix and Goldman, LLC in Danbury, Connecticut. Mr. Goldman gave testimony before the Connecticut General Assembly, Commerce Committee, in support of Governor’s Bill No. 23 (S.B. 23), An Act Concerning Benefit Corporations and Encouraging Social Enterprise on behalf of the Connecticut Bar Association Business Law Section February 27, 2014.
