HILLEL GOLDMAN is a partner in the law firm of Mix and Goldman, LLC in Danbury, Connecticut.  He practices in the areas of Corporate Law, Business Law, Limited Liability Company Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Health Law, Commercial Transactions, Franchise Law, Business Planning and Buying and Selling of Businesses.  Mr. Goldman earned his A.B. degree from Vassar College and his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.  He is a member of the American, Connecticut (Business Law Section, Executive Committee (LLC Subcommittee)), New York, and Danbury Bar Associations, and the American Health Lawyers Association.  Mr. Goldman has been a presenter at the National Business Institute (NBI) seminars on various contract and limited liability company topics, U.S. SBA and Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce seminars on business law issues, and a Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce and Western Connecticut State University seminar on employment law issues. He has attended numerous American Bar Association, Health Law Section and American Health Lawyers Association health law conferences. Mr. Goldman gave testimony before the Connecticut General Assembly, Commerce Committee, in support of Governor’s Bill No. 23 (S.B. 23), An Act Concerning Benefit Corporations and Encouraging Social Enterprise on behalf of the Connecticut Bar Association Business Law Section February 27, 2014.
