I treat my senior clients as if they were part of my family. Their concerns and worries often become my own. I work with my seniors and their families on Medicaid eligibility, housing, public benefits eligibility, long term care planning, and most importantly, giving everyone involved peace of mind.

A great deal of my practice involves meeting with clients to address their planning needs, including drafting of wills, trusts and incapacity documents.

My representation of clients in the probate courts include estate and trust administration, as well as, representing conserved persons and their families in conservatorship matters. In addition, I routinely represent clients in matters involving guardianships, power of attorney and trust accountings.

There are so many types trusts, each serving a different purpose. I meet with clients to be sure I understand their goals and draft a trust that identifies what they are looking to achieve.
