Long Road

I came to Barry 4 years ago for a work comp case. I had no idea what to do or who to turn to. I had a friend going through the same thing with the same insurance company. My friend referred me to Barry. It has been a very long process, but having Barry on my side and helping me understand the process... has helped me so much. Barry helped me get a second opinion from another doctor who said he was able to help me. Barry was also able to get me my temperary disability pay while I was out of work. I know on my own that would not have happened. Like I said it has been a 4 year road in this process but as it sit here today and write this I am pain free and I am able to live a normal life again and I have Barry Moller to thank . My case is still ongoing for now, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I am thankful to have Barry fighting for me. He has been there to answer my questions and concerns. I have to say his paralegal Denise has been amazing as well. Thank you a thousand times Barry and Denise. I know it's not over yet but what you guys have done so far with my case has helped me be pain free and able to participate in life again.

Attorney Barry Moller is not only a fantastic lawyer but a wonderful person

Attorney Barry Moller is not only a fantastic lawyer but a wonderful person. I have a very difficult and often downright nasty case and I feel so lucky to know that I have Barry and his paralegal Denise always looking out for my well being. I trust them wholeheartedly and I love that we are able to w...ork as a team. I try my very hardest to improve my health as much as possible and Barry and Denise always go above and beyond to fight for me to get the best medical care possible. I had a lawyer previous to meeting Attorney Moller so he did not take on my case at the beginning. My case was not in a good place due to misrepresentation so he had to work even harder to prove I am a genuine, hard working person that just wants to feel better and get back to living as normal life as possible. Barry is very straight forward and will tell you like it is. I really like this quality as I also know that when he says something he really means it. Barry was recommended to me by a very close family friend and I highly recommend him as well. I really can’t put into words the positive impact he has had on my life and I will be forever thankful. If you are looking for a lawyer to represent you for a worker’s compensation case, you will not find a team better then Attorney Barry Moller and is paralegal Denise Maytas.

Promised on thing on initial consult, totally different throughout process

Perhaps it was because I was female, or did not fully comprehend the sequence of events, but I feel much time was wasted . I never quite had a handle on what to expect. Things changed every other court date. It was a confusing and frustrating three years. I was asked to conduct work searches while in...jured and unable to work. Everything was last minute and hap hazard . Calls went unanswered , I had to make my own decisions. I ended up same or worse if I had gone to no one.it was difficult, scary, nerve wracking experience that still won't end. As I said, the initial consult was clear, confident and organized and about one year into case, I felt like I was just abandoned.

A Bulldog with Tenacity

I normally don't give out accolades to individuals, but I feel compelled to do so with Barry S. Moller.I first met Barry four years ago when I was advised by a family friend, who was also a lawyer, to talk to him about my workers compensation claim. That meeting was the beginning of a legal venture ...and with the passage of time I have come to realize what an exceptional person Barry Moller is. He is compassionate. He understands what his clients are going through, both physically and emotionally. He is knowledgeable; well versed both medically and legally. He is trustworthy. You can depend on him to do what he says he will do. He is dedicated to his clients and to his profession. He is decisive and tenacious. He does not hesitate to meet his opponents head on and stay in there until he gets results. As a veteran of the Viet Nam era, it is difficult for me to trust people. I trust Barry Moller. I respect him and I have confidence in his abilities. He and his excellent staff have always kept me informed of what's going on each step of the way. They have given me both legal and personal support as I have progressed in the healing process. I have already referred family and others to Barry and I will continue to do so. In my opinion Barry S. Moller is the guy you want covering your six.
