Ismian Feraizi

I would not recommend Izzy for criminal cases. I hired him for my 17 yr old son and all he did was get him the easiest deal. He did not do bond hearings to lower my son's bond even though requested it multiple times. This led to my son, having to plead guilty to charges that he was not guilty of, so ...that he can be released. There was a lot of evidence that my son did not commit all of these crimes yet Izzy did not push hard enough to prove this. The outcome was a set up for failure for my child. I would never ever recommend this lawyer. My family is witness as well. He has an arrogant attitude. Not ideal for working with families. Only cares about the money not the client.

Attorney Feraizi has represented me and family members multiple times. His promptness is unmatched. He is an amazing attorney and provides a great attorney/client relationship. Most importantly he has helped me in each situation to my satisfaction. I will continue to have him represent me and recomme...nd him to friends and family.

I Hired Ismian Feraizi to assist me with my family matter twice, The first time was in 2020 I was proud of the result he got for me, I was summoned to come to court to address a restraining that my kids mother was tryna put me on, she accuse me of putting my hands on her which was a lie. The first ti...me I met with Ismian Feraizi told me it wasn’t going to go their way and relax and trust him so I did and he delivered. He got the the case toss out and the court was able to see that she was lieing. That was in 2020, my most recent cases was in April 2023 In criminal and family court I was accuse of the same thing, but now she got me locked up and since I was arrested and the criminal court granted her a restraining order against me but not my kids, family court wanted one as well Ismian Feraizi fought for me in these difficult situations. He got the request of the restraining order in family court tossed out and I was able to continue my visitation rights with my kids, most importantly he held a voice for me in that courtroom I needed and I wouldn’t have gotten it done without him. In this criminal case, he put me in a position to be able to move forward with my life with dignity and integrity. He was patient with me and kept a level head when my head was everywhere, he knew what to do to get the job done the way I wanted and he kept me in the loop so I wouldn’t feel left out and he help me understand things I didn't. In the criminal case Ismian Feraizi got the prosecutor to agree I would have to do some classes for a family program, I didn’t have to plea guilty, and once the program is finish the case get thrown out and my record will be restored. Ismian Feraizi the MJ of the courtroom! And he gets the job done!

Atty. Feraizi was recommended to me by another lawyer. And it turned out to be one really good recommendation. Mr. Faraizi made me feel like I am in good hands and took the worry (or most of it) out of the unfortunate situation I was in. He worked with me and asked a lot of questions about my case.... You could tell he cared and was very responsive to my inquiries. But more importantly, he knows the law. He even came to my house several times to sit down with me and this made me feel more at ease and confident about my case. Mr. Faraizi worked hard to get the best outcome and in the end, he did! He really saved me from what could have been a huge burden for me. I definitely and strongly recommend Mr. Faraizi. Also, he's a really good person, friendly and understanding. If you have the chance to obtain his counsel, I definitely would.

I honestly don’t know where to begin when it comes to Izzy. I unfortunately needed a lawyer due to getting a no fault DUI on Jan 1 2020, after leaving work with only 3/4 of a martini.I was searching for lawyers quickly and with not much time.
