Skylar Kent Bernstein Albertson

Skylar is a passionate advocate at Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder, representing individuals who have suffered from dangerous products, medical negligence, and gun violence. Notably, Skylar was instrumental in achieving a $7.1 million verdict, including punitive damages, for those affected by an explosion due to a defective cooking spray can. Skylar also plays a vital role in supporting families impacted by the Highland Park shooting during the Independence Day Parade. Before joining Koskoff in 2022, Skylar gained extensive legal experience, clerking for the Honorable Guido Calabresi at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Janet C. Hall at the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. Additionally, Skylar contributed to the legal field as a clinical lecturer at Yale Law School and as a fellow at the Bail Project.
