Let me begin by saying-this is no shade on the previous reviews-however, I can honestly say that I hired attorney Daughtery (give him is respect because we give it to everyone else) in May 2023 and when I tell you he was on it from day one-wat!!!-whatever paperwork/invoices/appointments etc. was ask...ed of me was DONE!!-this process was so easy-I also understood that I was not his only client and thank God cuz his family has to eat too(lol)-his firm kept in constant contact with me-the ONLY time his office was contacted by me is when I MISSED a call/text- when you both work together and know what YOUR role is as a client and he knows HIS as an attorney it's a win win-I get it he may not be for everybody and everybody not for him-but HE was definitely for me-attorney Daughtery is definitely a man of integrity and I hope I don't need him again when it comes to a(n) car accident-but if I do-you better believe he is first in my book- oh and my fish were not that big-to the best of the best-keep doing what you do counselor

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW, THIS WOULD BE IT. ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL; SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY, NEVER RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND NEVER GIVING HIS CLIENTS THE APPROPRIATE CLARIFICATIONS ON YOUR CASE. IT ABSURD THAT WE" THE WORKING PEOPLE" MUST BE FORCED TO... HIRE PEOPLE LIKE THIS ; WHO INFACT ARE NOT FOR THE WORKING CLASS. I'VE HAD A INJURY CASE IN CONNECTICUT DELAYED MANY TIMES DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF THIS LAW FIRM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR HELP.

I was referred to Daugherty Law Group after being wrongfully terminated by my employer and sought to hire the firm to represent me in negotiating my severance pay and any further legal action required. Following me paying the requested retainer, I never heard back from Daugherty for 2 months with no ...reply to multiple messages from me. After receiving a litany of excuses and learning no real action was ever made on my case by Daugherty, I was also informed by the firm that my case was not making the firm any money and was offered a refund for my retainer, which I gladly accepted. Maybe if my case was a multi billion dollar pay day Daugherty would of been more responsive.
