Biography
I am a litigator and proud of my record helping those in trouble and injured in their times of need, for forty years.
I was born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the son of the first policeman in the State to graduate from Law School. I practiced with my dad for 25 years in our AV rated firm. We were joined in 1996 by my son, Michael, making us Connecticut's only firm with three active generations at that time.
I am proud to have been selected fro induction as Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers; Fellow, International Academy of Trial Lawyers; Fellow, Litigation Counsel of America.
I am a board certified criminal trial specialist and board certified as a civil trial specialist by the National board of Legal Specialty of Legal Certification.
I have been married to Kathy Lynn Mucci for 45 years. Children: Michael, 42 Brian, 40; Daniel, 35; Timothy, 32; Richard, 22. Proud grandfather of 11.
