David S. Migliore is the Owner and Managing Attorney of the firm. He has devoted the majority of his practice to civil litigation. His practice areas include: Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, Real Estate Transactions, and Contract disputes.
For over a decade, Attorney Migliore has worked as a defense attorney for a number of large insurance carriers. During that time, he litigated hundreds of auto accident cases, as well as dozens of slip-and-fall and dog bite cases.
In addition, he successfully tried over 25 cases to a jury in Connecticut State Superior courts. As a result of his active trial work, he has trial experience in every Superior Court in the State of Connecticut. He has also argued the case of Rhode v. Milla to the Connecticut Supreme Court.
After having a successful career working on behalf of several large insurance companies and their insureds, Attorney Migliore has decided to redirect his efforts and help those who have been injured as a result of another person’s negligence or carelessness. It is with that focus of helping others in mind that Attorney Migliore created the firm.
