A while back I was involved in a total loss automobile accident with injuries, I was referred to Balzano and Tropiano by my Sister. Some years ago my son was approx. 2 years old at the time and we were attending a birthday party, we were at the party for approximately 10 minutes when my son was ran over to me by another adult with his fingers mangled. Come to find out the amusement company failed to put the proper shield on the... fan that blew up an inflatable device and my son curiously placed his hand to see where the air was coming from, only to find the heated spinning gears that tore off most of his finger tips skin. It was a hard fought battle, it seemed no one on the amusement side and or the insurance wanted to take responsibility and downplayed the tragic event.
