Heather R Spaide

Heather Spaide practices in the areas of civil litigation, labor & employment, and municipal law. She provides advice and representation to individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters, ranging from contract disputes and business breakups to wrongful termination and wage issues. Attorney Spaide practices before Connecticut and federal courts trial, Connecticut’s appellate courts, and administrative bodies. She brings to her practice a passion for understanding her clients and their needs and utilizing that understanding to create the best strategy for each individual case.

In addition to her work as a litigator at other prominent Connecticut law firms, prior to joining the team at Zabel Schellenberg, PLLC, Heather taught business ethics to undergraduate students at Fordham University, and founded and ran a nonprofit organization serving the legal needs of victims and survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking in Connecticut.

Attorney Spaide is also trained as a mediator.
