I have a broad commercial civil litigation practice including ERISA, environmental, zoning, directors and officers, products liability, financial and employment litigation.  I also represent clients in state and federal court, at the trial level and on appeal, in arbitrations, and before various administrative agencies including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. 

I serve as general and labor and employment counsel for many clients, providing both counseling and litigation services. I regularly counsel and represent clients on various liability and regulatory issues as well as a wide range of labor and employment issues such as traditional labor relations, discrimination, harassment, terminations, layoffs, reasonable accommodations for disabled employees, the investigation of employee complaints, application of the state and federal family and medical leave acts, and interpretation of the wage and hour laws. Also in employment law, I draft and provide advice on employment contracts, restrictive covenants, severance agreements, and the implementation of employment manuals, policies and procedures.
