Maya Rachel Will

Maya Will is a litigation attorney at Dolan Divorce Lawyers, where she represents clients in divorce, custody, post-judgment financial and parenting matters, prenuptial agreements, restraining orders, and mediation review counsel matters. She brings a broad legal background to her family law practice, combining litigation experience, family court insight, real estate knowledge, and corporate legal experience.

Attorney Will’s practice is shaped by her ability to understand both the legal and practical issues that arise when families are going through major transitions. Before joining Dolan Divorce Lawyers, she served as a Senior Family Attorney at a Connecticut family law firm, where she handled a wide range of complex family law matters. She also previously clerked in the Bridgeport Family Division, worked in private
practice, served on the legal team at Subway World Headquarters, and founded her own real estate practice.

That range of experience allows Attorney Will to approach family law matters with careful judgment and a practical understanding of how legal decisions affect clients’ finances, homes, parenting arrangements, and long-term stability. She works with clients to identify their goals, understand the issues in their case, and move forward with clear guidance and a thoughtful strategy.

Attorney Will earned her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law with a concentration in family law. She graduated cum laude from Pennsylvania State University with a double major in Public Relations and Psychology and minors in International Studies and Italian. She is certified as a Guardian ad Litem and Attorney for the Minor Child in Connecticut and is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, and the Milford Bar Association. She was selected to the New England Super Lawyers Rising Star list in 2026.

Attorney Will is also involved with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a cause that is personally meaningful to her. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and rescue puppy.
