I've had some experience in working with USCIS and fel...t confident we could do this process ourselves, but I can't describe the peace of mind that Justin afforded us when we decided to hire him. Yes there is a cost to hiring an attorney, but in this day-and-age, having someone, like Justin, to make sure that everything is in order and to offer well-reasoned advice from his years of experience was invaluable. He was with us each step of the way and was a reassuring and measured presence that made this difficult process easier. Since the beginning, Justin was very clear and clean with the possible outcomes of the whole process. Never promised more than we should expect. As a total novice about immigration, green cards and marriage I found Attorney Fappiano online and set up a consultation. It took less than 30 minutes for Justin to earn my confidence and trust. Initially I was nervous as we were a same sex couple with significant age difference and we’re both pre...tty private about our orientation and circumstance. Justin is extremely knowledgable of the entire process (no stone unturned). I could go on and on but will end with, There is absolutely no other immigration lawyer I would go to. We will have him do all the paperwork for the permit green card in two years, as well as for US citizenship. His fees are fair, well worth it!

Justin is the best lawyer that my family has worked with. After having some issues by filing on our own we hired Justin to help us with my mother's Immigration problems. All throughout he helped us step by step and made sure we understood what was going on with the process. After a while I too recei...ved an order for voluntary departure. He took on my case Pro Bono and helped me file the necessary paperwork to receive a form of relief. A couple of months later he took on both my sister's and my case to help us obtain a green card at a reasonable price. My sister's and my interview were in different time periods. He attended both on the given time frame and even sacrifice some of his vacation time, just to make sure that we didn't have to reschedule my interview. We had spent so much money filing not only once but twice for the necessary forms. He understood very well how much money we had spend and helped us a lot. Justin was very liniment on payment plans.
