Joseph A. DiSilvestro is a litigation attorney at Dolan Divorce Lawyers, where he represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and complex financial disputes. He brings decades of courtroom and litigation experience to his work, along with a practical, results-focused approach that helps clients make informed decisions during difficult and often emotional family disputes.

A significant part of Attorney DiSilvestro’s practice is his work as a Guardian ad Litem for minor children. He is regularly appointed in Connecticut family court matters and is well known for his experience handling complex custody and parenting disputes. His long-standing GAL work gives him a deep understanding of how courts evaluate children’s best interests, family dynamics, parental conflict, and the practical realities that affect parenting cases.
