Janine Hodgson has devoted her career to civil defense litigation, representing individual and institutional health care providers in medical malpractice and general liability claims, and Department of Public Health investigations. She has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials to conclusion in Connecticut Superior Courts. Attorney Hodgson has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts.
